Ali And Mail.Ru'S Electricity Supplier Joint Venture Is About To Be Completed.
Russian Internet Co Mail.ru and Ali jointly established an e-commerce joint venture to be completed in recent months.
It is understood that in September 2018, the Russian direct investment fund, Alibaba group, Russia Telecom Group Megafon and Internet Co Mail.ru announced the establishment of an e-commerce joint venture.
The enterprise will be established on the basis of AliExpress's existing business in Russia and the e-commerce business Pandao of Mail.ru.
After the completion of the enterprise, Alibaba and Mail.Ru will share 48% and 15% respectively, while Ali will also get 100 million Mail.Ru Group users on the social network.
