Sun Ruizhe believes that the following areas deserve attention.

In the field of integration of two technologies, intelligent equipment, intelligent operation, intelligent service and intelligent products are the main contents. Intelligent manufacturing in textile industry has developed rapidly, forming rich industry practice.

For example, the Shandong Kangping Na group, which independently developed the "cheese digital automatic dyeing technology and equipment", has effectively solved the traditional technology intensive labor, low production efficiency, high energy consumption and water consumption, poor quality and other global industry problems, and won the first prize in national science and technology progress.

Civil military integration is an important field in the application of scientific and technological innovation in the industry.

Domestic carbon fiber composites and aramid honeycomb materials have been applied to new domestic pporters, fighters and helicopters. Various functional fabrics, ropes, cables and belts have been used in military uniforms, helmets and other fields; warp knitted metal spaceborne antennas are applied to Tiangong-1, Shenzhou spacecraft and various satellites.

The key technology and application of dry jet wet spinning 1000 tons of high strength / 100 ton middle modulus carbon fiber industrialization has won the first prize of national science and technology progress, which has broken the technological monopoly of a few countries. The T700 and T800 class carbon fiber products have been applied to aerospace, carbon core cables and other fields.

In the field of green environmental protection, a large number of key technologies of clean production have achieved breakthroughs in industrial production, such as green fiber production, low-temperature rapid pretreatment, cold pad batch dyeing, printing and dyeing wastewater, and large flux membrane treatment.

In recent years, the industry has made certain progress in surgical suture, artificial blood vessels, artificial dialysis catheter, artificial skin and other products.

In terms of infrastructure, China's self-developed polyester filament spunbonded needle punched tire substrate technology and equipment have broken the monopoly of developed countries and reached the international advanced level and become the mainstream tire products of new waterproof materials in China.

At present, it has been widely used in civil engineering waterproofing field.

The polypropylene spunbonded needle punched geotextile developed in China, less than 0.6mm of a geotextile, has to meet the requirements of acid and alkali resistance, low temperature freeze-thaw resistance, tensile strength and elongation. It has been applied to the runway construction of Beijing new airport, and has been planned to be applied in Xian Xianyang Airport and Cabinda International Airport expansion projects.

In order to achieve high quality development, textile and garment industry is inseparable from capital support.
