Zhang Chunlin Inspects Akesu Huafu: We Must Strengthen Xinjiang's Textile Industry.

In March 7th, Zhang Chunlin, standing committee member and executive vice chairman of the Xinjiang Autonomous Region Party committee, accompanied by the Research Office of the regional government, the poverty alleviation and development office and the leadership of the Akesu prefectural Party committee office, came to Akesu Huafu dyeing industrial park and the colored textile industrial park to visit and investigate.

The total investment of Huafu dyeing industrial park in Akesu is 2 billion 500 million yuan, which is divided into three phases. After the construction is completed, it will produce 100 thousand tons of cotton, yarn and fabric dyeing capacity annually.

In the future, in the textile industry sector of Akesu, the dyed Industrial Park will become the hub of the upstream and downstream businesses of the textile industry.

In the dyeing industrial park, Zhang Chunlin is interested in the imported cheese dyeing line and carefully understands the production equipment, process and technology of the cheese.

In January 2019, the cheese dyeing project was formally put into operation. The company started the planning and construction at a high starting point, introduced the first-class technology at home and abroad, and built a modern and eco-friendly dyeing base, which filled the blanks of Akesu finished yarn dyeing and provided a guarantee for the extension of the apparel industrial chain in the park.

The color textile industrial park covers an area of 2150 Mu and is the largest color spinning monomer factory in the world. The park will build the world's leading fashion design, R & D and testing center, and enhance its R & D, design and manufacturing capabilities through the construction of advanced intelligent production equipment, digital product design technology and green design platform.

In the exhibition hall of Akesu Huafu color textile industrial park, Sun Weiting, chairman of Huafu, introduced the characteristics of the color spinning products to Zhang Chunlin. Huafu brand and Hua Fu's response to the call of the state's "one belt and one road" took root in the thirteen story of Xinjiang. Zhang Chunlin expressed appreciation for this.

Zhang Chunlin said that Xinjiang cotton "high levy and low deduction", printing and dyeing wastewater treatment standards, which is a widespread concern in the industry.

The tax policy implemented after the two sessions is conducive to enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises. In order to develop the textile and garment industry, Xinjiang must keep up with the printing and dyeing industry. The key to desalting the printing and dyeing wastewater is to reduce the cost of enterprises. The autonomous region will give support to the start-up of Akesu's green textile town and speed up the pace to help enterprises overcome difficulties.

Sun Weiting believes that Xinjiang has unique advantages in developing the textile industry: there are market demands for spinning and grey cloth, and support for Industry and economy. Xinjiang has abundant resources of oil and coal. If Xinjiang has 5 million tons of cotton and 5 million tons of chemical fiber, it will promote industrial development; Xinjiang has more varieties of cotton, stresses production and quality and structure, and meets market demand; and there is no industrial chain foundation in Xinjiang to set up a satellite factory, so it should be considered how to concentrate on the park.

Zhang Chunlin said that we must strengthen the textile industry in Xinjiang and consolidate the task of eliminating poverty by relying on textiles.

To ensure the quality of cotton and cotton in Xinjiang, we must study long staple cotton and medium rank cotton. In 14th Five-Year, we must strive to put cotton base construction in national planning.
