Taobao Added A Ten Thousand Margin To Serious Offenders.

In order to serve different advantage sellers and improve the Taobao ecosystem, Taobao will launch a platform for Amoy society, and add the "Tao she Hui supplier management standard".

The new rules will come into effect on March 26, 2019.

The main rules are as follows:

First, define the relevant principles and requirements of suppliers' access, operation, trade commissions, paction evaluation, paction disputes and so on.

Two, clear the supplier's violation and deduction.

Member violations are divided into counterfeit goods (referred to as "C violation"), serious irregularities (referred to as "B violation") and general irregularities (referred to as "type a violation"), and the three are independently deducted, accumulated and executed separately.

Violations include:

(1) the sale of counterfeit goods refers to the sale of counterfeit registered trademarks or the sale of pirated goods.

(2) serious irregularities refer to other acts that seriously destroy the operation order or suspected violation of state laws in addition to the sale of counterfeit goods.

(3) general irregularities refer to irregularities except for the sale of counterfeit goods and serious irregularities.

The handling of violations includes:

(1), class a violation, 12 points per deduction, 7 days for shielding goods in whole store, 1000 yuan for bond deduction.

(2), class B /C violations are handled according to the circumstances. If the situation is serious, 48 points will be deducted, the goods under the store will be put off, and the commodity will be released for 30 days. The bond will be 10000 yuan and the account will be closed after 30 days.

Three, it is clear that the supplier's violation handling should be accumulated separately, and the following measures shall be taken after the node is taken: take off the whole store goods, restrict the release of commodities, and deposit the margin.
