Taobao Standardizing The Qualification Requirements Of Three Categories Under "Education And Training"

In order to standardize the development of Taobao education and training industry and protect the legitimate rights and interests of consumers, Taobao has adjusted the "Taobao education and training industry management standard".

The rule changes will come into effect on March 27, 2019.

Define the qualification requirements of some three class sellers under the "education and training", and simplify the contents of the original rules.

1. under the "education and training" part of the three category entry requirements, the need to provide business license, special business qualification (such as involving special category goods) or related qualification records, do not meet the requirements of admittance will be immediately refunded;

2. clear the "three levels of education and training" under the category, submit business license, special business qualification (such as involving special category goods) or related qualifications record specific record qualifications;

3. three categories of education and training include: distance network education and training, self taught examination training, driving skills, sports, paper testing and enquiry, and pre school education, primary school counselling, junior high school counselling and high school counselling under the following three levels.
