Along with the development of the "one belt and one way" construction, viscose fiber, high-grade cotton yarn, clothing, carpet and other products are continuously exported to Central Asia and European countries.

In March 13th, Awati Xinjiang Tianshan Heng Rui Textile Co., Ltd. production workshop roaring machines, all production lines opened all over the line, dozens of workers are busy on the production line.

The order of these tens of thousands of sweaters will be exported to Central European and Russian markets after completion of the order.

In July last year, Shaoxing enterprises invested in the largest industrial project in Awati County - Xinjiang Tianshan Heng Rui sweater project started construction.

Huang Xinliang, general manager of the enterprise, said: "there are abundant high-quality cotton resources, and it is located in the core area of the Silk Road Economic Belt, which facilitates the export of textile and clothing products to Europe.

After the project is put into operation, 6 million sweaters will be produced annually.

Xinjiang cotton is the representative of high quality cotton in China.

At present, the technological level and equipment level of Xinjiang's cotton textile industry are at the forefront of the domestic market. The development of the apparel and home textile and knitting industry has taken shape. The quality and output of the products have strong competitiveness. The high quality Xinjiang yarn has been recognized by more and more domestic and foreign merchants.

Reporters learned from the Department of industry and information technology of the autonomous region, in 2018, the main business income of the region was more than 3 million yuan, and the textile enterprises completed the industrial added value of 11 billion 55 million yuan, an increase of 14.8% over the same period last year, of which textile enterprises above designated size completed industrial added value of 10 billion 814 million yuan, an increase of 14.5% over the previous year, accounting for 97.8% of the added value of the textile industry.

Since the implementation of the textile and garment industry in Xinjiang in 2014, the Xinjiang textile and garment industry has invested about 170000000000 yuan in fixed assets, the value added in textile industry has increased from 4 billion 139 million yuan to 10 billion 814 million yuan, cotton spinning capacity has increased from 7 million to 17 million spindles, and the yarn production has increased from 439 thousand and 900 tons to 1 million 853 thousand and 600 tons.

There are more than 2200 new textile and garment enterprises, and the number of new jobs is about 450 thousand.

From the data we can clearly see that the development of Xinjiang's textile and garment industry has undertaken the industrial foundation and new industrial demand in the past years, and the momentum of rapid expansion continues to lead the whole country.

At present, Jin Sheng, Huafu, Tianhong, Ruyi, Xinye, Ogilvy, Yida, YOUNGOR, Yisha and Hong Dun and so on a large number of well-known textile and garment enterprises in Kashi, Akesu, Bayinguoleng Mongolia Autonomous Prefecture, Urumqi City, Changji Hui Autonomous Prefecture, Yili Kazakh Autonomous Prefecture and other places to invest and build factories.

Cotton yarn has gradually become an important business card of Xinjiang's industrial economy. Xinjiang has become one of the important cotton spinning and processing bases in China.

On these two days, Xinjiang Yufeng Ling Clothing Co., Ltd. is now rushing out a batch of camouflage clothes to Moscow.

"There are 40 thousand orders for camouflage clothes this time. With the increase in orders, we will expand sales in Moscow this year."

Duan Weiming, general manager of Yufeng Ling Clothing Co., Ltd., Xinjiang, introduces that the company's main products include men's casual wear, suits, beach pants and so on, and its products are exported to Russia, Kyrgyzstan and other countries in 90%.

Last year, the value of the company's exports exceeded 100 million yuan.

In 2018, Xinjiang successfully held the "belt and road" textile and garment industry development forum.

Reporters learned from the forum that China is the world's largest producer, consumer and exporter of textiles and clothing, and exports of textiles and clothing account for more than 35% of the world's total.

The "one belt and one way" initiative has proposed that over the past 5 years, China's textile industry has invested more than 80% in foreign investment, and has exported more than 30% of its textiles and garments to the countries along the belt.

The light textile industry in some neighboring countries is relatively weak, and has strong complementarity with the development of China's textile and garment industry in Xinjiang.

At present, Jinsheng, China and Thailand and other enterprises have arranged "one belt and one road" along the line to carry out industrial cooperation.

Jiangsu Jinsheng Holdings Limited has set up 24 factories in Germany and invested in the construction of modern spinning factories in Uzbekistan.

Today, Xinjiang has the opportunity to highlight its regional advantages. It is relying on the construction of "one belt and one road" to deeply integrate itself into the overall development of the country and stride towards the world stage.

Facing the future, how can Xinjiang's textile and garment industry achieve better development on the road of opening up and innovation?

"Accurately grasp the direction of industrial development and promote the high quality development of Xinjiang's textile and garment industry."

Gao Yong, Party Secretary of the China Textile Industry Federation, took the lead in the development of Xinjiang's textile and garment industry when he participated in the forum.

He suggested that we should accurately grasp the direction of industrial development, focus on domestic and foreign market demand and sustainable development of industries, rationally lay out and improve the industrial chain of textile and clothing, and promote the formation of a characteristic industrial chain supporting efficient industrial agglomeration area.

In addition, in order to give full play to Xinjiang's location advantage as the core area of the Silk Road Economic Belt and the hub of Asia Europe pportation, we must accelerate the sharing of resources and build a new competitive advantage of Xinjiang's textile and garment industry.

As the leading enterprise of China's textile and clothing industry, Shandong Ruyi holding group, in recent years, it has increased the layout of Xinjiang, and the production base has been put into use.

Among them, the most advanced spinning equipment is used in the Shule factory area, and the most advanced equipment in Kashi and Yengisar is the most advanced equipment in the world.

"The spinning plant in Hotan can be put into operation in July, with an annual output of up to 100 thousand spindles."

Zhang Zuoping, deputy general manager of Ruyi Textile Garments Co., Ltd., Xinjiang, said that this year, Ruyi textile will add 1 million ingots in Xinjiang.

Akesu Huafu color textile industrial park covers an area of 2150 Mu and is the largest color spinning monomer factory in the world.

The park will build the world's leading fashion design, R & D and testing center. After the completion of the Akesu Huafu dyeing industrial park, it will produce an annual capacity of 100 thousand tons of cotton, yarn and fabric dyeing.

In the future, in the textile industry sector of Akesu, the dyed Industrial Park will become the hub linking the upstream and downstream industries of the textile industry.

This year, the Autonomous Region Office will actively promote structural adjustment, pformation and upgrading of the textile industry, accelerate the construction of key new projects in textile and clothing industries around the country, and focus on supporting projects such as weaving, clothing, home textiles, knitwear and so on to solve the problem of large capacity terminal industries, and encourage the export of products to the West.

At the same time, we encourage the use of advanced technology and equipment and intelligent production lines at home and abroad to enhance the innovation ability of new technologies, technologies and products in the whole industry, and promote the development and production of textile and clothing tourism products.

We should give full play to the comprehensive advantages of famous enterprises in the mainland, enhance the brand awareness and create ability of textile and garment enterprises, enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of brands, and strive to create "Xinjiang famous brand".

According to the plan, by 2023, Xinjiang will be built as China's largest production base for high-quality cotton textile products, the largest textile export processing base in the western region and the West export distribution center.
