Sanfo Outdoor Signed Swiss Brand X-BIONIC, Focusing On Natural Bionics Technology Research.
The famous outdoor brand Beijing Sanfo outdoor products Limited by Share Ltd (hereinafter referred to as Sanfo outdoor) announced in April 1st that the company held a strategic cooperation signing agreement with X-BIONICAG company (hereinafter referred to as "X-BIONIC") in Sanfo outdoor headquarters in March 30th, and signed the "Sanfo outdoor and X-BIONIC strategic cooperation framework agreement" (hereinafter referred to as the "agreement").
The first cooperation period of the "agreement" is 10 years. Sanfo outdoor is the only strategic partner of X-BIONIC in China. All the technology, patents, brands, products and other resources of X-BIONIC will be limited to Sanfo's outdoor landing market in China (X-BIONIC and other international brands). X-Technology's technology, patents, brands and products will cooperate with Sanfo outdoor to enter the Chinese market through specific consultations.
The two sides will set up a R & D design center for athletes, professional athletes, Winter Olympic athletes, special forces, fire fighters, astronauts and other world-class quality products, and expand Sanfo outdoor as a leading enterprise in sports, leisure and innovation.
At the same time, the two sides build a new retail system with experience, digitalization, technology and fashion.
In addition, the two sides will establish a natural bionics center, dedicated to natural bionics technology research, and are committed to introducing X-BIONIC decades of research achievements in bionics, and will apply these technological achievements to develop high-quality products that effectively serve human movement and life.
X-BIONICAG is registered in Switzerland. X-BIONIC brand is a leading international technology and fashion brand. It focuses on designing and developing high-tech sports products, and has bionics laboratory in Italy, focusing on bionic technology research and application.
X-BIONIC has about 800 international patents. IF ranks nineteenth in global innovation. It has won 34 German red dot design awards, 71 PlusX awards, more than 600 awards and test champions.
Sanfo outdoors said that the company was cooperating with X-BIONIC, the deep - seated strategic cooperation of the wholly owned subsidiary of Beijing travel mouse outdoor products Co., Ltd. in China since January 1, 2019.
X-BIONIC's technology, patents, brands and products will all come to the Chinese market through Sanfo outdoor. By the end of the reporting period, Sanfo outdoor has opened 40 professional outdoor products chain stores in 17 cities, including Beijing, Shanghai, Nanjing, Hangzhou, Chengdu, Shenzhen, Shenyang, Changchun, Qingdao, Shijiazhuang, Shijiazhuang, Suzhou, Suzhou, Qingdao, China, Nanjing, China and Hangzhou, covering an area of about 17 thousand square meters.
