Zhejiang Golden Eagle Limited by Share Ltd (hereinafter referred to as the "company") received the notice from the Zhejiang Golden Eagle Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Golden Eagle Group") in April 3, 2019. The Golden Eagle Group handled some of the stock pledge business in Zhejiang Merchants Bank, Limited by Share Ltd.
In November 15, 2018, Golden Eagle Group pledged its 12 million shares of tradable shares (3.29% of the total share capital of the company) to the Limited by Share Ltd of Zhejiang Commercial Bank (see 2018-060 bulletin for details).
In April 2, 2019, Golden Eagle Group handled the pledge of 12 million shares.
As of the announcement date, Golden Eagle Group held 177173451 shares of the company, accounting for 48.58% of the total share capital of the company.
After the lifting of the pledge, the Golden Eagle Group accumulated 131030000 shares of the pledge, accounting for 73.96% of the number of shares held, accounting for 35.93% of the total share capital of the company.
