Sandro Actively Layout Electricity Business Jingdong Flagship Store Officially Launched In April 10Th
The French flagship brand Sandro Jingdong flagship store, Shandong Ruyi holdings, was formally launched in April 10th, and is the first to launch 2019 new products in spring and summer.
It is understood that Sandro was founded in 1984 by Evelyne Chetrite, and after 2008, it launched the men's clothing series Sandro Homme, which now has more than 500 outlets worldwide.
In 2016, the SMCP group belonging to Sandro was purchased by Shandong Ruyi group for 50% stake in 1 billion 300 million euros. In 2017, it was officially listed on the Paris stock exchange IPO, financing up to 127 million euros, which is the second largest IPO in Paris stock market in that year.
According to the annual report of fiscal year 2018 released by SMCP group in March 21st, sales for the first time exceeded 1 billion euros, reaching 1 billion 17 million euros.
The company actively develops overseas markets outside France, with 1466 stores worldwide, and overseas sales increased by 13% over the same period last year, contributing 63% of total sales.
SMCP Group actively layout electricity business, from 2013, electricity supplier sales revenue has been showing an upward trend, electricity sales in 2018 increased by 14.7% to 149 million euros.
Among them, Maje Tmall flagship store and Sandro Tmall flagship store contributed a lot, two brands accounted for 49% and 38% of total sales respectively.
The SMCP group's entry into the Jingdong to open flagship stores can also be seen as one of the platforms to enhance China's sales growth.
