According to the regulations of the PRC on the quality of domestic products and the regulations on the supervision and inspection of product quality, the Anhui provincial market supervision bureau organized the provincial special supervision and spot check of children's clothing and children's clothing products in New Year's day and Spring Festival in 2019.

A total of 15 samples were selected from the sampling survey, of which 12 were combined, 3 were unqualified, and the qualified rate was 80%.

The sampling inspection is based on the detailed rules for the implementation of the provincial supervision and spot checks for children and infant clothing products, the GB18401 basic safety regulations for national textile products, GB 31701-2015 "infant and child textile product safety technical specification", FZ/T 73025 "infant knitted dress", FZ/T 81014 "infant clothing", FZ/T 81004 "dress, skirt set" and FZ/T 73045-2013 "knitted children's clothing" and other standards. The testing items include fiber content, formaldehyde content, pH value, water fastness, acid fastness, alkali perspiration fastness, dry friction color fastness, saliva color fastness, attachment tensile strength, attachment sharpness, decomposable carcinogenic aromatic amine dyes, extractable heavy metals content totaling 12 items.

The sampling results showed that 3 unqualified enterprises were mainly pH value, acid resistance, alkali fastness, saliva fastness and fiber content.
