Recently, Zheng textile machinery organization related units made a mechanical appraisal to the first annual production of one hundred and fifty thousand tons viscose staple fiber drier. After inspecting the on-the-spot running equipment and checking the quality inspection record of the whole product manufacturing process, it was considered that the quality of the main parts and assembly of the machine met the requirements of the technical conditions, the equipment performance was good, and the design requirements and user requirements were satisfied, which could be delivered to the manufacturers for further verification.

The equipment is the largest drying machine with single line capacity in the global viscose industry. The width of the dryer is 4.4 meters, and the single set can meet the drying requirement of an annual output of 150 thousand tons of viscose staple fiber.

Each set is equipped with four drying machines, each equipped with multiple drying areas. Each zone has multiple temperature control points. The temperature sensor is used to measure the temperature. The steam flow rate can be automatically controlled to regulate the drying room temperature.

The main innovations of the machine are as follows: 1. layered design of the hot area and cold area of the drying room, and special structure is adopted between the two layers to effectively solve the problem of thermal expansion in the length and width direction of the hot area.
