Three. The production environment of the factory

(two) waste gas treatment
1. the production enterprises should make comprehensive analysis based on the amount of exhaust gas, composition and nature of pollutants, temperature, pressure and other factors, and select mature and reliable exhaust gas treatment process.
2. for high concentration organic waste gas, condensate (cryogenic) recovery technology and pressure swing adsorption recovery technology should be used first to recycle organic compounds in waste gas, and then assist other treatment technologies to achieve discharge.
3. for medium concentration organic waste gas, adsorption technology should be adopted to recover organic solvents or thermal incineration technology for purification.
4. for low concentration organic waste gas, adsorption technology should be adopted when recovering value. When no recovery value is found, it is advisable to adopt adsorption concentration combustion technology, regenerative thermal incineration technology, biological purification technology or plasma technology.
5. odor gas can be purified by microbial purification technology, low temperature plasma technology, adsorption or absorption technology, thermal incineration technology and so on.
6. continuous production of chemical enterprises in principle should deal with combustible organic waste gas recycling or incineration treatment, batch production of chemical enterprises should be treated by incineration, adsorption or combined process.
7. dust exhaust should be treated by bag filter, electrostatic precipitator or bag filter.
Industrial boiler and industrial furnace waste gas priority to clean energy and efficient purification process, and meet the emission reduction requirements of major pollutants.
8. improve the automation of waste gas treatment.
