According to the plan, from 2019 to 2023, the positioning of Bazhou's textile and garment industry is to become the largest industrial chain, the most comprehensive category, the highest profit, distinctive features and strong endogenous driving force.

From 2019 to 2023, the total number of key projects in Bazhou's textile and garment industry is estimated to be 48. The total investment is expected to be 271 billion 400 million yuan. After the completion of the construction, the total sales revenue will increase by 29 billion 560 million yuan.

It is expected that by the end of 2023, the main business income of Bazhou textile and garment industry will reach 63 billion 680 million yuan, which will maintain the largest profit rate of 6.6% in Xinjiang, which is higher than the industry average, forming a "one platform, three base" industrial development pattern and more diversified industrial structure, forming a "Ku Wei iron" industrial agglomeration area, forming 3 characteristic chain of products and adding 162 thousand new employment.
