The National Men's wear brand, Hai Lan's home Limited by Share Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "Hai Lan Jia"), disclosed the first quarter report in 2019 at the end of April 29th. During the reporting period, the company achieved operating income of 6 billion 89 million yuan, an increase of 5.23% over the same period, and a net profit of 1 billion 210 million yuan attributable to shareholders of listed companies, an increase of 6.96% over the same period. Net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies after deducting non recurring gains and losses was 1 billion 154 million yuan, up 3.20% over the same period last year; and the basic earnings per share were 0.27 yuan.
According to sub brands, the main brand income of Hai Lan home is steady, and the growth rate of AI rabbit is slowing down. During the reporting period, the Hai Lan family series achieved 4 billion 993 million yuan of business revenue, an increase of 2.16% over the same period.
In terms of channels, the number of stores in Hai Lan's home market increased by 72 to 5369 compared to the end of 2018, of which 195 stores and 5174 stores were directly owned / joined, with an increase of 14 and 58 respectively.
According to sub brands, the number of stores in Hai Lan, black whale and Hai family was 4930, 245 and 194 respectively, representing an increase of 56, 22 and 6 respectively.
From the point of view of the channel, the revenue of Hai Lan's home run battalion has increased significantly. According to the results of the report, the operating income of Hai Lan's home line is 5 billion 711 million yuan, up 5.69% over the reporting period. The operating income of direct channel business increased by 114.88% to 292 million yuan over the same period, mainly from 5.8 times to 322 of the number of stores, and the operating income of franchise channels grew 1.65% to 5 billion 186 million yuan over the same period, and the number of stores increased by 1480 to 7285.
The industry believes that the business income of Hai Lan's home business has dropped by 5.90% to 261 million yuan compared to the same period, thanks to the decline of the electricity supplier dividends and the diversion of social platforms.
At the same time, due to the layout of the new social platform, and the new brand online publicity intensified, resulting in gross margin fell to 50.25%, Hai Lan home line is expected to achieve double-digit annual income growth.
Wang Yusi, an analyst at Zhongtai securities, said that as the leader of the Chinese men's wear, haailan's home is stable. By collaborating with the classic IP to create a burst of money to enhance the product strength (such as the havoc of the heavenly palace department in the reporting period), it is expected to maintain a steady growth in the context of improving the supply chain efficiency (strengthening core suppliers, improving product quality and proportion), improving inventory structure and optimizing the channel (Shopping Center store proportion). Meanwhile, the new brand is expected to accelerate the opening of stores in 2019, and jointly promote the steady growth of the company's performance.

According to public information, the home of Hai Lan was founded in 1997. It is a large garment enterprise, which covers the management of brand clothing and the production and sale of premium suits and professional wear. In 2018, Hai Lan home achieved a profit of 19 billion 90 million yuan, an increase of 4.89% over the same period last year. The net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies was 3 billion 455 million yuan, an increase of 3.78% compared with the same period last year. Net profit after deducting non profits was 3 billion 268 million yuan, or a slight decrease of 0.63%.
Among them, the main brand "Hai Lan Jia" business income increased 2.62% to 15 billion 144 million yuan compared with last year, the women's clothing brand "love rabbit" income increased 22.68% to 1 billion 98 million yuan compared with last year, business professional dress "San Keno" realized income increased 12.82% to 2 billion 121 million yuan compared with last year.
