In the evening of April 29th, the government also issued a notice, because the company and Jia Yue Ting suspected of information disclosure and other violations of laws and regulations, according to the relevant provisions of the State Council, the securities and Futures Commission decided to investigate the company and Jia Yue ting.

According to the official announcement of LETV, we can learn that the largest shareholder of music and television, Jia Yue Ting, received the notice of investigation of the securities and Futures Commission on April 26, 2019 and 29 (the total number of survey 191339, the total number 191341).

The announcement also indicates that in the process of the investigation, music network and Jia Yueting will fully cooperate with the investigation work of the SFC, and strictly carry out the obligation of information disclosure in strict accordance with regulatory requirements, and never cheat.

Although the announcement of LETV has already been issued, Jia Yueting himself has not made a stand about it.

According to FF's stakeholders, "information disclosure of listed companies is the standard, because this has nothing to do with FF."

Jia Yueting's non response behavior has also been severely punished.

It is understood that all of Jia Yueting's assets in the country have been frozen, unable to pfer or use their property, and the number of China's implementation of information disclosure network has been classified as a dishonest executor. Official information disclosed that as of April 19, 2019, Jia Yueting held about 920 million shares of music network, accounting for 23.10% of the total share capital of the company, of which 850 million shares had been pledged, accounting for 21.49% of the total share capital of the company, and the shares held by them were frozen by the judicial departments of the third intermediate people's courts of Beijing, waiting for a freeze.

In 2018, the annual report of LETV released in the early morning of April 26th, the net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies was 4 billion 90 million yuan, a loss of 13 billion 880 million yuan in the same period last year.

It can be said that suffering and misfortunes never come alone. This negative incident is a great blow to LETV.

Because the net assets of LETV are negative, it is likely to be suspended for one year.

In order to save the collapse of the giant, music network held the second temporary shareholders meeting in 2019 on the morning of May 6th. Only 4 shareholders attended the shareholders meeting, representing 117 thousand shares, and the whole shareholders meeting ended with a mere 5 minutes.
