Vice President Xu Yingxin Led A Delegation To Visit The Cambodia And Burma Countries In Lanmei River Basin

　　為了落實外交部、工信部委托的瀾湄合作專項基金項目-"推動瀾湄六國紡織服裝業產能合作系列項目"，建立瀾湄流域紡織服裝業產能合作長效工作機制，2019年4月24日至5月3日，由中國紡織工業聯合會副會長徐迎新、中紡聯信息中心主任喬艷津、中紡聯社會責任辦公室主任閻巖、中國紡織國際交流中心副主任楊永鋒、中紡聯產業經濟研究院副院長趙明霞、中紡聯國際貿易辦公室副主任劉耀中、中國紡織產品開發中心總工程師陳寶建、中國國際貿易促進委員會紡織行業分會高級項目經理薛峰、遼寧省紡織服裝協會會長王?、副秘書長周濤等十人組成的專業工作組出訪柬埔寨、老撾、緬甸三國，調研中國紡織服裝企業在上述國家的投資合作情況，并就共同推動瀾湄六國紡織服裝業產能合作事宜與三國紡織服裝商協會、政府主管部門及我駐當地使館經商處進行溝通協商。

During the period in Kampuchea, the working group held talks with the Kampuchea Garment Association to learn more about the development of Kampuchea's textile industry and the current investment situation of Chinese textile and garment enterprises in Cambodia, and to further communicate with the Cambodian side on strengthening the textile productivity cooperation in Lanmei River Basin and establishing a dialogue mechanism for textile and garment production capacity cooperation. President Xu said that the capacity cooperation of textile and garment industry is an important part of Lancet's cooperation and has been encouraged and supported by the Chinese government. At present, the Lanmei special fund project, which is undertaken by China Textile Federation, has launched a series of projects to promote the productivity cooperation of Lanmei and six countries. It is hoped that the Cambodian side can cooperate with the China Textile Alliance and actively participate in the above projects. He Enjia, vice president of Kampuchea Garment Association, warmly welcomed the visit of the working group and expressed strong support for participating in promoting the textile production capacity of Lanmei River Basin. During Cambodia, the working group also visited Li An, a Chinese Commercial Counselor in Cambodia, and visited Inner Mongolia deer King cashmere Cambodia Co, Dong Du textile (Kampuchea) Limited and Sihanouk harbor special economic zone.

During Laos, the working group held joint talks with the Ministry of Commerce and industry, the cabinet office, the planning Cooperation Department, the industrial and handicraft industry division, the Lao China cooperation committee, the Lao National Chamber of Commerce and industry, the Lao garment industry association and other departments. During the talks, representatives from various departments of Laofang introduced the development and problems of the current textile and garment industry in Laos, and expressed to the working group the strong desire to strengthen cooperation between the Chinese and the old textile and garment industries. President Xu introduced the development and current situation of China's textile industry to the old side, and exchanged in-depth views with Laos on strengthening textile productivity cooperation in Lanmei River Basin. Laos Ministry of Commerce and industry and garment industry association said they would actively cooperate to participate in the Sino Textile Alliance to promote the textile production capacity of Lanmei River Basin. During the old days, the working group visited China's Laos Commercial Counsellor Wang Qihui and visited Thailand Laos joint venture garment enterprise Hi-Tech Apparel and Great Laos Garments, an investment clothing enterprise in Taiwan, China.

During his visit to Burma, the working group held talks with the Secretary General of the Burma Garment Association Rosaline and several top executives of Burma garment enterprises. Rosaline expressed support for Lanmei River's textile productivity cooperation, and hoped to strengthen ties with China Textile union to provide support and services for Chinese textile and garment enterprises invested in Burma. During the Burma period, the working group visited Lu Tai (Burma) Limited, Heng Tian (Yangon) Garments Co., Ltd. and Dalian Longsheng Burma factory, and visited the Chinese ambassador to Burma.

The working group has gained a deeper understanding of the development of the textile and garment industry and the investment cooperation between the two countries. At the same time, the three textile and garment manufacturers association has expressed support for the establishment of the Lanmei River Basin textile and garment productivity cooperation dialogue mechanism proposed by China Textile Federation, and promised to organize special personnel to join the related work and send members to the launching ceremony of the related working mechanism held in China in October 2019.
