In terms of industrial investment, in the 10 key industries, textile, building materials, electricity, coal, chemical industry, petroleum and other 6 industries have maintained growth; 11 places (States and cities) have maintained growth in 14 places (cities and municipalities).

It is understood that in April of this year, our industrial investment continued to rise.

Local (state, city) and industrial parks actively promote project construction, industrial investment increased by 50.3 percentage points over the same period last year, and maintained a positive growth for 3 consecutive months.

The 50 major projects in the area of industry and information technology in the autonomous region plan to invest 36 billion 300 million yuan in 2019 and have invested 8 billion 100 million yuan.

In April of this year, PetroChina Urumqi petrochemical branch, SAIC Volkswagen (Xinjiang) Automobile Co., Ltd., TVB Limited by Share Ltd, Jinfeng Polytron Technologies Inc and a number of Industrial Enterprises above Designated Size, which had higher income, implemented 198 technological pformation projects with improved technology, quality and efficiency. The total investment is expected to be 30 billion 600 million yuan, and the investment has been completed by 6 billion 500 million yuan.

This year, the industrial investment in the autonomous region also shows the "increasing quality" signal of economic structural change, and the main driving force of manufacturing investment is changing towards innovation drive.

From the statistical data, investment in the new kinetic energy field is active, especially investment in emerging industries represented by new materials has become a hot spot for investment.

Today, the conditions for the high quality development of the autonomous region are accumulating.

A group of green integration projects such as "zero discharge of real production wastewater in chlor alkali industry" has become a leading and replicable green manufacturing typical model in China. The green manufacturing system has achieved initial success.

At present, our autonomous region has built 94 green factories, 4 green zones, and 5 green supply chain management demonstration enterprises.

Meanwhile, the autonomous region has been actively carrying out the work of industrial Internet, Internet + real economy, and initially formed a development pattern based on the software and information technology service industry, taking the electronic information manufacturing industry and the communication service industry as the growth point, and promoting the integration and application of the Internet of things, cloud computing, big data and e-commerce.

This year, our region should continue to invest in industrial and technological pformation, and comb out the technical pformation projects that the top 200 industrial enterprises of the top business income are to implement in 2019, and put forward 50 major projects with strong industry influence and large investment.
