In The First Quarter, Jiangsu Checked More Than 16 Kinds Of Products, And The Travel Bags Were Only 50% Qualified.
On the eve of the Dragon Boat Festival, the Jiangsu provincial market supervision bureau issued the first batch of provincial quality supervision and spot checks in 2019.
In the first quarter, a total of 1617 batches of products were inspected in Jiangsu, and 1333 batches were qualified, with an average pass rate of 82.4%.
The lowest qualified product is travel bag, only 53.1%.
In the first quarter of 2019, the provincial market supervision bureau organized supervision and spot checks on the quality of 18 categories of products, such as daily use and textiles, electronic and electrical appliances, light industrial products, and so on. There were 3 kinds of products.
A total of 1617 batches of products were selected and 1333 batches were qualified. The average qualified rate was 82.4%.
Among them, 952 batches of samples were purchased in the market entity stores, qualified 791 batches, the qualified rate was 83.1%; 665 batches of samples were purchased on the e-commerce platform, 542 batches were qualified and the qualified rate was 81.5%; the selected products were 288 batches of Jiangsu enterprises, 243 batches of qualified products, and the qualified rate of 84.4%.
Result analysis
(1) daily use and textiles.
Spot checks of women's underwear, spring casual wear, towels, travel bags, radiation protection clothing, travel shoes 6 products 590 batches, qualified 501 batches, the pass rate of 84.9%.
1. women's underwear.
99 batches of products were checked and 89 batches were qualified, with a pass rate of 89.9%.
The unqualified items were concentrated in the fiber volume. The names and contents of the 5 batches of products were not in conformity with the actual situation. The deviation of the 5 batches of products was beyond the scope stipulated by the national standard.
2. spring casual wear.
199 batches of products were checked and 182 batches were qualified, with a pass rate of 91.5%.
The unqualified items were 3 indexes of fiber content, pH value and dry rubbing fastness. The fiber content of 8 batches of products, the pH value of 2 batches of products, and the dry rubbing fastness of 1 batches of products were not in line with national standards.
3. towels.
3 batches of towel products, including face towels, bath towels and scarves, were checked out in 98 batches, and 88 batches were qualified. The pass rate was 89.8%.
The unqualified items were 3 indexes of fiber content, pH value and water absorbency. The fiber content of 7 batches of products, the water absorption of 3 batches of products, and the pH value of 3 batches of products were not qualified.
4. travel bags.
96 batches of products were checked and 51 batches were qualified, with a pass rate of 53.1%.
The unqualified items were vibration impact performance, impact resistance, impact resistance, suture strength and drop performance of 5 cases, 43 batches of products had impact resistance, 19 batches of products had impact resistance, 5 batches of hard case box impact resistance, 1 batches of product suture strength, 1 batches of products falling performance was not qualified.
5. radiation protection clothing.
48 batches of products were checked and 46 batches were qualified, with a pass rate of 95.8%.
Spot checks found that 1 batches of products alkali resistance, color fastness, water fastness, acid perspiration fastness items failed, 1 batches of products pH value, dry friction items failed.
6. travel shoes.
50 batches of products were checked and 45 batches were qualified, with a pass rate of 90%.
Spot checks found that 5 batches of products outsole wear resistance projects failed.
(two) electronic and electrical appliances.
100 batches of 3 kinds of products, including electric oven and baking appliance, skin and hair care apparatus and electric hot pot, were tested, and 85 batches were qualified, with a pass rate of 85%.

30 batches of products were investigated, and 30 batches were qualified, with a pass rate of 100%.
2. skin and hair care apparatus.
30 batches of products were checked and 25 batches were qualified, with a pass rate of 83.3%.
The unqualified items were input power and current, abnormal work, power connection and external soft wire, continuous disturbance (terminal voltage), continuous harassment (disturbance power) 5 indicators, 3 batches of products input power and current, 2 batches of products abnormal work, 2 batches of power connections and external soft lines, 1 batches of products continuous harassment (terminal voltage), 1 batches of products continuous harassment (disturbance power) failed.
3. electric chafing dish.
40 batches of products were investigated, and 30 batches were qualified, with a pass rate of 75%.
The unqualified items were 3 indicators for touching the live parts protection, power supply connection and external soft wire, input power and current. 1 batches of products touched the protection of live parts, 2 batches of power connections and external soft wires, and 3 batches of products were ineligible for input power and current.
(three) light industrial products.
9 batches of sanitary napkins (including sanitary pad), tissue paper and toilet paper, wet wipes, kitchen cleaners, laundry powders and fabrics with liquid detergents, toothbrushes, jade beeswax and fireworks and firecrackers were processed in 927 batches, with 747 batches of qualified products, with a pass rate of 80.6%.
1. sanitary napkin (including sanitary pad).
50 batches of products were investigated, and 50 batches were qualified, with a pass rate of 100%.
2. tissue paper and toilet paper.
149 batches of products were investigated, and 114 batches were qualified, with a pass rate of 76.5%.
The unqualified items of paper towels were 6 indicators, including internal loading, pverse tensile index, ash content, softness, dusts and product packaging labels. There were 19 batches of products, 3 batches of products, lateral tension index, 1 batches of ash, 1 batches of products, 1 batches of dust, and 3 batches of products.
The unqualified items of sanitary paper were 4 indicators of bacterial colony count, softness, dusts and lateral suction height. The total number of bacterial colonies, the softness of 9 batches of products, the dust content of 3 batches of products, and the lateral suction height of 3 batches of products were not qualified in 9 batches of products.
3. wet wipes.
50 batches of products were checked and 49 batches were qualified, with a pass rate of 98%.
Spot checks found that the total number of bacterial colonies and the total number of fungal colonies in 1 batches of products failed.
4. kitchen detergents.
50 batches of products were checked and 50 batches were qualified, with a pass rate of 100%.
5. detergent powder.
49 batches of products were checked and 43 batches were qualified, with a pass rate of 87.8%.
The unqualified items are 2 indicators of total active substances and the detergency of contaminated cloth. The total active content of 6 batches of products is not qualified, and the decontamination power of 7 batches of products is not qualified.
6. the fabric is liquid detergent.
50 batches of products were checked and 43 batches were qualified, with a pass rate of 86%.
The unqualified items were 2 indicators of total active substances and the detergency of contaminated cloth. The total active content of 6 batches of products and the decontamination power of 6 batches of products were not qualified.
7. toothbrush.
80 batches of products were checked and 77 batches were qualified, with a pass rate of 96.3%.
The unqualified items were classified into 2 indexes, namely, the strength of wool bundles, and the number of brushes of non sharpened silk. There were 2 batches of hair bundles and 1 batches of products.
8. jade and beeswax.
200 batches of products were checked and 135 batches were qualified, with a pass rate of 67.5%.
The unqualified items are 2 indicators of jewellery and jade and jade, and the names of jewels and stones of 65 batches of 54 batches of products are not qualified.
9. fireworks and firecrackers.
249 batches of products were checked and 186 batches were qualified, with a pass rate of 74.7%.
The unqualified items were 5 indexes of parts, structure and material, medicine, dosage and discharge performance. The structure and material of 42 batches of products, 25 batches of products, 2 batches of products, the dosage of 1 batches of products, and the discharge performance of 33 batches of products were not qualified.
In view of the problems found in the provincial quality supervision and spot checks, the provincial Market Supervision Bureau requires that the market supervision bureau of each district or municipality should conscientiously handle the post processing work according to the requirements of the product quality law and the consumer rights protection act.
