Pathfinder Intends To Sell Part Of Its Own Commercial Property Will Increase Net Profit By 38 Million

In June 6th, the Limited by Share Ltd of the Pathfinder holding group (hereinafter referred to as "Pathfinder") issued a notice on the sale of some of its own commercial real estate. It said it would sell its own 1659.99 square meters of commercial property in Haidian District, Beijing.

The bulletin shows that the headquarters office of the Pathfinder outdoor industry is currently located in the A block of Jin Qiu International Building, Haidian District, Beijing, including the 21 and 24 storeys, and the 28 Park of Hongfu science and Technology Park, Changping District, Beijing (hereinafter referred to as "Hongfu Park"). With the promotion of the company's fine management and the improvement of the operation and supply chain reaction, the separate office of the relevant departments of the headquarters has affected the communication and cooperation efficiency of the employees to a certain extent.

In view of this, Pathfinder has built a more outdoor experience and modern office environment in the Hongfu park. The main employees will gradually move to the area for centralized office work. The office area of the A block of Jin Qiu International Building will be largely idle.

Based on the above plan of centralized office work of the company headquarters, and in order to effectively revitalize the stock assets of the company and obtain more funds to support the development of the business, the Pathfinder intends to sell its own property located on the 21 floor of the international A block 6, Zhichun Road, Haidian District, Beijing.

According to the preliminary communication and consultation, the Pathfinder intends to sign the "Beijing stock housing sales contract" with the Chinese Hospital Association, and sell the 21 floor of the international A block 6, Zhichun Road, Beijing, Haidian District (hereinafter referred to as "Jin Qiu 21 tier real estate"), with a total of 1659.99 square meters of the company's own commercial real estate.

Pathfinder said that after the sale of real estate, the relevant departments and staff involved in the company will mainly move to the office of No. 28 Park, Hongfu science and Technology Park, Changping District, Beijing. It will not affect the normal operation of the company's business, nor will it involve high-level personnel changes.

In addition, the Pathfinder also pointed out that the sale of real estate will not adversely affect the normal conduct of the company's business, and it is expected to increase the net profit of the company for about 38 million yuan in the current period.
