Recently, the Anhui Huamao textile Limited by Share Ltd received a letter from Yung Cheng accounting firm (special general partnership). The name of Huapu Tianjian Certified Public Accountants (special general partnership) has been changed to "Rong Cheng accounting firm (special general partnership)" after approval by the competent department. After changing its name, the qualification, service team, unit address and telephone number of the firm have not changed, and the subject qualification and legal relationship remain unchanged.
The business, rights and obligations of the original "Huapu Tianjian accounting firm (special general partnership)" continue to be undertaken by "Rong Cheng accounting firm (special general partnership)", and the original business relationship and the signed contract continue to perform, and the service promise remains unchanged.
The change of the name of the accounting firm does not involve changes in the qualification of the principal, and does not belong to the case of changing or re engaging the accounting firm.
