By the end of 2018, the top 100 enterprises in the cotton textile industry have obtained 5626 patents. However, we should also be aware of the gap between China's textile industry in cutting-edge basic research, key core technologies and high-end equipment.

    In the keynote report, Gao Weidong, director of the China Textile Engineering Society's cotton textile Specialized Committee, introduces the development process of cotton textile fiber raw materials, processing technology and product development in the light of the development status and Prospect of cotton textile technology.     Liu Keshuai, a Technical Research Institute of Wuhan Textile University, analyzed the technological development and innovation ability of China's spinning industry from the perspective of patent. He introduced the development trend of the patent technology of rotor spinning, vortex spinning, ring spinning and compact spinning.

    Liu Keshuai pointed out through the data chart that the patent applications in the rotor spinning field are on the rise. The development of the high-end domestic rotor spinning machines focuses on the spinning devices and fittings. The advantage lies in achieving the fast, short process and automatic spinning of the fiber rods. However, it has not yet broken through the limitations of the high count, high strength and Gao Guangjie yarns of the short fiber rotor spinning, and combined innovation is a new idea for the development of rotor spinning technology.

    Eddy current spinning is in the stage of rapid development, but domestic enterprises are lack of independent innovation capability and power. Enterprises should expand the categories and application fields of air-jet spinning lines.

    With the development of ring spinning technology, domestic enterprises have begun to pay attention to intellectual property rights in the innovation of ring spinning. Enterprises should actively adopt new technologies such as high-speed, automation, intelligence and digitalization to spanform traditional ring spinning frames.

    Liu Keshuai said that the innovation of domestic enterprises' patents is biased towards the refinement of the market, and the development of the spinning technology field is unbalanced. We should increase input in spinning technology innovation, drive the development of enterprises by science and technology, and jointly open the trend of technological innovation.

    Wu Xueping, President of Wuxi Lanxiang Rubber Industry Co., Ltd., from the experience of enterprise development, has shared the innovative technology and Prospect of cots and aprons. He said that in order to meet the development trend of new spinning technology, the performance of cots and aprons must be developed around resistance, wear resistance, long service life and versatility. To develop high performance rubber roller products, material innovation, structural innovation, process design innovation and process innovation should be done. At present, the high performance cots and aprons developed by Wuxi Lanxiang are strong against stain and static electricity, and the accidental damage can be reduced by 80%, which can meet the spinning quality requirements of all kinds of fibers except for low branch pure chemical fiber, and meet the requirements of heavy weight and large draft spinning process.

    Jiao Lin Jin shared the experience of "textile machinery intelligent development process and prospect". It indicated that the intellectualization level of textile machinery should be simplified, customized, automatic, intelligent, digitalized, mechanical and electrical integration, and network information. Taking drawing frame as an example, we should make further breakthrough in technology.

    In the technical forum on the development of cotton textile wisdom, Professor Tao Xiaoming, a professor of textile and clothing, Hong Kong Polytech University, is entitled "the status and Prospect of the research of functional and intelligent yarn technology". Tao Xiaoming said that the profit margin of pure cotton products is relatively low, and traditional industries plus differential disruptive technology will get high added value. Taking PHBV/PLA antibacterial fiber as an example, the biobased PHBV/PLA antibacterial fiber blended yarn has the characteristics of low carbon emissions, completely degradable, soft skin, antibacterial and anti mites, and has high added value. In addition, Tao Xiaoming also introduced a new spun silk yarn based on cotton spinning system, which can save 4% to 6% of raw silk material, reduce energy consumption by 20% and increase production by 20%.

    Dai Jun, chairman of Jiangsu Yueda cotton spinning Co., Ltd., has shared the management experience of enterprise innovation mode. The main products of Yueda cotton spinning are five kinds of special yarns and four kinds of functional yarns. Its independent research and development "key technology and application of jet vortex spinning pure cotton high count yarn" is achieved through the appraisal, the research and development of the weft knitted jacquard cut knitted fabric developed by ourselves is integrated into R & D, design and technology level.
