    Zhao Xuchun, mayor of Shouguang City People's government, said that in recent years, the city has been developing high quality industries and constantly strengthened the Daxin material industry. The industries involved in the industry accounted for more than 60% of the new material classification of the national industrial strategic emerging industries, and initially formed a new material industry system mainly based on advanced polymers, new water proof biological foundations and light buildings. The industrialization process of degradable and renewable biomass fibers such as chitin fiber, seaweed fiber, hemp fiber, polylactic acid fiber, flame retardant and high wet modulus regenerated cellulose fibers was accelerated. The integrated development of functional fibers and intelligent textiles such as temperature regulation and conduction was strengthened. A series of major strategic plans were made to break through the industrialization technology of green pulping and pulp and fiber integration, the preparation of special cellulose pulp for new solvent method, and the key technology of industrialization of "dissolving spinning solvent recovery".     In 2015, after 6 years of deep cooperation between industry, University and Research Institute, Yingli company in our province broke through the technical problem of large-scale manufacturing of regenerated cellulose fiber by new solvent method, breaking the monopoly of international fiber giants on our market for many years, filling the gaps in the domestic market, and successfully realizing the transformation of research and manufacture of regenerated cellulose fibers made from domestic new solvent method from "watching running", "running away" to "running" and "leading" in some fields, which has brought great opportunities for the development of advanced textile materials and related industries in our province. Up to now, Yingli company has applied for 12 new invention patents, 48 utility models and 48 patents in new solvent method, and the total amount of patent authorization ranks first among domestic counterparts, ranking second in the world, behind Lenzing Co in Austria. The project of "research and development of key technologies of cellulose fiber by 10000 ton new solvent method" has been awarded by the Yingli company of Hebei Province. It has won the first prize of textile science and technology progress of Textile Industry Federation of China in 2016 and the first prize of science and technology progress in Shandong in 2017. The project of "10000 tons of new solvent method for the intelligent manufacturing of cellulose fiber" has won the national "2017 year intelligent manufacturing comprehensive standardization and new pattern application project", and has become a major landmark project in realizing the autonomous manufacture of cellulose fiber in new solvent method.

He said that in recent years, through the in-depth study of China Textile Institute, Xinxiang chemical fiber, Baoding swan, Shandong Yingli and colleges and universities, the processing technology of our country's lycel fiber has been more mature, but there still exist certain problems in large-scale integrated production, such as dissolution, solvent recovery, fibrillation, operation and quality stability. Under the circumstances of commercialization abroad and basically 10000 tons of Engineering in China, it is necessary to further break through the key technology and equipment to build Lesel (Lyocell) fiber industrialization system.



    Professor Xia Yanzhi of Qiingdao University has introduced the development of flame-retardant products of framer, non fibrinolytic fiber and antibiotic products, and the industrialization of multifunctional and differentiated series. At present, the production of traditional viscose fiber in China is about 5 million tons / year. Due to the serious pollution of the production process, the state has been more and more severely restricted. Lyocell fiber has become the best substitute for traditional viscose fiber because of its cleaner production and use process. If we can overcome the key technology of Lyocell fiber functionalization, break the monopoly of foreign technology, promote the large-scale production of functional Lyocell fiber, expand the application field of Lyocell fiber, drive the upgrading of domestic green textile raw materials and transform the old and new kinetic energy of the traditional textile industry. It is estimated that by 2025, the domestic Lyocell fiber production capacity will reach 1 million tons, forming an annual output value of 25 billion yuan, leading to the downstream of the new fiber textile and textile machinery industry more than 300 billion yuan.
