Cartons are made of cardboard with too much moisture, or long time stored in wet environment will reduce their compressive strength. Fiber is a kind of strong water absorbency. In the rainy season and the humidity in the air is large, the moisture balance between cardboard and atmospheric environment is very important. In the process of making boxes, improper alignment, too deep slotting, and poor combination will also reduce the compressive strength of the carton. If the indentation line is 0.5X1.5mm, the width of the indentation line of the indentation line is 1.6mm1.8mm, and the measured value is completely within the range of 7.5mm. The quality of the same type of indentation line, indentation groove width of 1, 48mm~1.53mm, the error can be controlled within 2%. Style three: raw material identification
The quality indentation line is produced by better quality raw materials, and the products are more uniform. Poor quality indentation line uses poor quality raw materials, so it is difficult to improve the performance of products. For example, in order to ensure the quality of the protective tape can meet the strict requirements of the base mold protective tape, the quality indentation line production plant has not purchased from the adhesive tape production plant, because the general adhesive tape is not suitable for the indentation line production, and the error range of the adhesive tape can not meet the requirements. Therefore, the strong indentation line production plant will set up a special adhesive tape production line specially to produce tapes for indentation line. The general indentation line production plant obviously does not have the strength to invest in a professional adhesive tape production line. It often buys ordinary tape from the market for the production of indentation line, and the quality of indentation line produced by using such materials can be imagined.

High quality indentation line manufacturers pay more attention to product research and development, while inferior indentation line producers only focus on local interests. The lack of research and development has made these inferior indentation line factories lose the push to move forward. Instead of waiting for other manufacturers to develop new products, they have slightly changed their faces to plagiarize, but they often know their products but do not know what they are doing, instead, they make their products neither fish nor fowl.
