Promote the rapid and coordinated protection of intellectual property rights. We should strengthen international cooperation in the protection of intellectual property rights, and facilitate enterprises to gain rights and protect overseas rights. Two, we should actively promote the revision process of patent law and copyright law, push forward a new round of comprehensive revision of the trademark law and the implementation details of the patent law, and the protection of new varieties of plants. Speed up the construction of patent examination and trademark registration intellectualization system, ensure that the target period of high value patent examination will be reduced to 17.5 months before the end of the year, and the target period of the average registration period of trademark registration will be reduced to less than 5 months.
