Henan's 23 Printing And Dyeing Enterprises Have Been Integrated Into The Garden, And 80000 Tons Of Knitted Fabric Projects Have Been Launched.

The CITIC Anyang knitted fabric industry demonstration park, which officially started in April this year, has completed the integration of 23 existing printing and dyeing enterprises in Anyang. As one of the key projects in Henan Province, the project has been highly recognized by local governments and experts. According to statistics, in recent years, the development of Anyang's textile and garment industry has been blocked, and fixed assets investment, industrial added value and output of related products have increased, slowed down or even declined.

As a famous city of knitted garments in China, through decades of development, the textile and garment industry of Anyang has become a complete textile industry system with many categories, such as wool textile, dyed fabric, printing and dyeing, knitted underwear, decorative fabrics, clothing, chemical fiber and so on.

The main products are t shirts, underwear, knitted children's wear, women's wear and so on. In 2016, Anyang was successfully incorporated into the "13th Five-Year" plan for the national economic and social development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, and integrated into the Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei integrated urban circle and gained new opportunities for economic development.

Data show that the cumulative value of industrial added value of Anyang's textile and garment industry above scale has increased by -10.3% in 2018, while fixed asset investment has decreased by 15.3% over the previous year, and the output of yarn and cloth has decreased to a considerable degree.

According to "Beijing Tianjin Hebei and its surrounding areas 2017 air pollution prevention and control work plan", Anyang was identified as one of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei air pollution transmission channel city, environmental protection pressure increased sharply.

In recent years, with the increase of environmental remediation efforts, the industrial upgrading of textile and garment industry is imminent. Enterprises entering parks, central heating, centralized monitoring and centralized treatment will gradually form an industrial agglomeration area, which will greatly contribute to the formation of a win-win situation with high management efficiency and good environmental governance.

According to Fan Hongjun, the project manager of the annual production of 80 thousand tons of knitted fabric industry demonstration park, CITIC (Anyang), the total investment of the demonstration garden project is 2 billion 300 million yuan, covering an area of 530 mu, including cogeneration (3 sets of 80 tons of gas fired boilers, 2 90 MW generating units), a sewage treatment plant (30 thousand tons / day), a water treatment plant (30 thousand tons / day), a unified water supply and heating, centralized sewage treatment, and recycled water and other important plates. After being treated, the sewage will reach the first grade A standard. After being purified by the constructed wetland, it can reach the three kinds of water standards on the ground and back to the Anyang river. It will become an important ecological supplement water for the Anyang River, and is of great significance for the continuous improvement of the water quality of Anyang river.

CITIC (Anyang) annual production of 80 thousand tons of knitted fabric industry demonstration park has been approved by the environmental protection department of Henan province in November 2018. It plans to go into operation at the end of 2020, and complete the integration of 23 printing and dyeing enterprises in Anyang to achieve transformation and upgrading of dyeing and finishing enterprises. After the completion of the project, it is estimated that the annual output value will be 4 billion 500 million yuan, and the annual tax revenue will be 120 million yuan, so that more than 2400 people will be employed locally.

It is understood that CITIC environmental technology, with leading environmental technology, strong financial strength, advanced management system and experienced management team, has successively promoted large-scale industrial transformation and upgrading of Hebei's Gaoyang, Shandong Weifang, Sichuan Guang'an, Guangdong Shantou, Fujian Quanzhou and other large printing and dyeing parks, and the economy is green and sustainable development.
