    Far spinning industrial (Wuxi) Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of Taiwan Far Eastern Textile Ltd in Wuxi, mainly engaged in the production and sale of pure cotton yarn, polyester yarn, polyester cotton blended yarn and other natural fiber yarn and chemical fiber yarn, with 120 thousand spindles production capacity. Wuxi far spinning pays attention to energy saving renovation work. Since 2009, the energy group has been set up, and the energy management system has been formulated. Through continuous equipment transformation, the daily power consumption has dropped by 14%, the energy consumption per unit product has dropped by 13%, and the production cost has been effectively reduced. The related energy-saving transformation technology has been included in the Sixth Batch of "China cotton textile industry energy conservation and emission reduction technology and innovation application directory".

    Fan blade Transformation: aluminum alloy blades of cooling tower fan and axial fan are changed into FRP FRP, iron becomes carbon fiber, and weight is reduced by about 30%. Cooling tower fan transformation to achieve annual electricity consumption of about 150 thousand Kwh, save 15 tons of standard coal, and the investment recovery period is 2.8 years. The transformation of axial fan achieves annual electricity consumption of about 1 million 600 thousand Kwh, annual saving of 187 tons of standard coal, and investment recovery period of 1.3 years.

    Energy saving transformation of motor: changing the ordinary asynchronous motor of axial fan, air conditioning system and spinning frame into high efficiency motor or permanent magnet motor, and improving the power factor and efficiency of motor, changing from three level energy efficiency motor to two level energy efficiency. After transformation, the electricity saving rate is 5.7%, the annual electricity consumption is about 2 million Kwh, the annual coal price is about 250 tons, and the investment recovery period is 1.6 years.

    The automatic pressure regulating transformation of the dust removal system is to set up the negative pressure of the end machine and to measure the pressure in the air duct of the terminal by the pressure sensor, so as to adjust the running power of the main motor. By adding the automatic plug-in valve, the suction channel can be closed when parking, thus changing the negative pressure and reducing the running power of the main motor. After transformation, the electricity saving rate is 23%, the annual electricity consumption is about 1 million 400 thousand Kwh, the annual coal price is about 170 tons, and the investment recovery period is 0.1 years.

    The transformation of intelligent spinning air conditioning system: changing the temperature and humidity of traditional fixed air volume and constant spray quantity control workshop into variable air volume and variable spray volume to control the temperature and humidity of workshop. The frequency of fans and pumps will be manually adjusted according to seasonal variations, and the frequency of fans and pumps can be adjusted automatically in real time according to indoor and outdoor air conditions and workshop load. After transformation, the electricity saving rate is 15%, the annual electricity consumption is about 1 million 400 thousand Kwh, the annual coal price is about 170 tons, and the investment recovery period is 1.3 years.

    Modification of spinning machine suction system: the suction fan on spinning frame is designed to ensure the negative pressure demand of the terminal. The original single suction air will be up to 1200Pa above the negative pressure of the front end, resulting in negative pressure instability and waste of electric energy. The Tsing Ze and marzorle spinning frame will be revamping. The unilateral wind will be changed to suction on both sides. The negative pressure is more stable and the power of the two suction fans is less than the original. The transformation of the Tsing Ze spinning frame achieves 41% of electricity saving, 700 thousand Kwh of electricity per year, about 90 tons of annual standard coal, and 1.6 years of investment recovery. The transformation of the horse spinning mill has achieved electricity saving rate of 38%, annual electricity consumption of about 600 thousand Kwh, annual coal price of about 80 tons, and investment recovery period of 2.4 years.

    Energy saving transformation of spinning frame ingots: the spinning frame is changed from iron to carbon fiber. After revamping, the weight loss is reduced by 58%, electricity saving rate is 6%, annual electricity consumption is about 500 thousand Kwh, and the investment recovery period is 1.9 years.

    These technological transformation conforms to the development requirements of energy saving and environmental protection industries, and generally has the characteristics of high return on investment, which can effectively reduce production costs, improve the business capacity and production efficiency of enterprises, and play an important role in promoting the healthy development of enterprises.
