Suning.Com Vice President Gu Wei Retail Cloud GMV Broke 1 Billion In A Month
On August 8th, today, at the retail cloud partners' conference, suning.com vice president Gu Wei announced that Suning retail cloud has achieved a GMV breaking of 1 billion this month.
"At the beginning of this year, we achieved a breakthrough in the scale of 1 billion a month, of which the single brand in February has exceeded 500 million through our joint marketing campaign." Gu Wei said that from 10 million in November 2017 to 100 million in 2018, and 1 billion in 2018, Suning retail cloud showed an increasing trend.
In the past year, Suning retail cloud has been expanding at a rate of 7 stores a day, and its penetration in the county market has continued to increase. Since June this year, Suning retail cloud has increased the layout of stores to 12 stores a day. At the meeting, Gu Wei announced that the retail cloud store will break 12000 in 2021.
While consolidating low market stores, the retail cloud has integrated the three party resources of brands, operators and franchisees in the past year, integrating supply chain, operation, IT, finance, after sales service and other system operation links, and launched exclusive products that conform to the consumption habits of county and town users, thus promoting the upgrading of GMV.
In the 818 major promotions, 3650 retail outlets, as the foundation of the sinking market, started marketing activities in advance in July 22nd, and the sales volume of air-conditioners increased by 179% in 4 days.
Besides the suppliers of 3C, there are also brands of sports, drinks and home appliances. Retail cloud is hoping to build up a one-stop shopping service platform for users through the development of non electric commodity tracks, to achieve brand sinking.
