Central Bank Hohhot Central Branch Issued 15 Tickets

Recently, the Hohhot central sub branch of the people's Bank of China announced 15 tickets for payment institutions. The ticket shows that a total of 15 payment agencies were fined 270 thousand yuan. 13 of the payment institutions were punished for violating the "bank card receipts management practices" and the total penalty was 250 thousand yuan.

Among them, the Inner Mongolia branch of Beijing Chang Jie Tong Payment Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Cheong Jie payment") has been fined 60 thousand yuan by the central bank for violating the "bank card collection business management method". It is a ticket with higher penalty in the penalty decision.

In addition to the smooth payment, payment, such as payment, Sheng Hui, Sheng Fu Tong, Hai Ke Tong Tong, Yue brush, Yin Sheng payment, etc., were fined 30 thousand yuan, 20 thousand yuan, 10 thousand yuan, 30 thousand yuan, 30 thousand yuan and 30 thousand yuan respectively. All penalties were made in violation of the regulations on the management of bank card collection business.

Related data research institutions pointed out that as of the end of July, the central bank for the third party payment institutions have issued 63 tickets, involving 45 companies, the total penalty of about 89 million 360 thousand yuan. Since 2019, a total of 5 third party institutions have been issued a million level fines by the central bank, namely, the circulation of fast payment, remittance payment, pay by line payment, easy couplet payment and online banking.
