Public information shows that Xiao Bai credit is a personal credit evaluation system under the digital technology of Jingdong. Under the premise of user's consent, it can provide comprehensive evaluation of users' credit level through big data algorithm based on data of users' identities, asset capabilities, the use and performance of credit products, credit history, shopping and investment and financing behavior, preferences and social relations.

According to the Jingdong, the practice can not only effectively improve the visa processing time of the visa service providers, but also enhance the visa experience of individual users. At present, the service providers of the access platform have achieved a 150% increase in the efficiency of the single sign system, a decrease of 70% in manual cost, and a 300% reduction in the rate of error making, which greatly optimizes the traditional visa process.

According to the China Tourism Research Institute's outbound travel report, the number of outbound Chinese citizens exceeded 150 million in 2018. According to the annual growth trend, more than 700 million people are expected to leave the country in the next 5 years.
