New Products Of Large Capacity Yellowing Machine Of Heng Tian Group

Recently, China Hi-Tech Group Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "Heng Tian Group") developed and manufactured the full volume 45 cubic meter level of CGHR133C, which is an elliptical section. The first batch of 3 equipments will be sent to the user site for production verification.

The etiolation machine is a key equipment for viscose fiber production, which is used to produce viscose raw liquid for spinning. The whole yellowing process includes more than ten processes such as feeding, vacuum pumping, adding CS2 and yellowing reaction. The CS2 gas used in the yellowing reaction is toxic, flammable and explosive gas. The reliability of the equipment is very high, and the manufacturing requirements for the equipment are also very strict. Therefore, there are few domestic and overseas manufacturers of yellowing machines. The batches of the yellowing machine were estimated to be 4000 kg / F, 3 mm in diameter and 45 cubic meters in volume for each batch. The mixer adopts a double helix belt structure, and the whole machine is equipped with two kinds of process speed. For the first time, the conventional motor is used instead of the traditional flameproof motor to drive the stirring shaft. The whole transmission system is efficient, energy saving and can reduce the investment cost of the equipment.


It is worth noting that the full volume 45 cubic meter yellowing machine has filled the blank of the hang Tian Group's yellowing machine in large capacity, which will help users reduce the production cost per ton of fiber.
