In order to improve the quality of Shuyang's textile industry, Shuyang creatively put forward the development orientation of "knitting in the future, relying on intelligence and smart knitting to see Shuyang" in September 2015, planning and constructing the first intelligent knitting Park in China, Shuyang intelligent knitting industrial park. The new development mode also attracted a large number of investment projects of 500 million yuan and 1 billion yuan, such as Kay Neng textile, Edward textile and Neng Neng textile.

Today, the textile industry in Shuyang has formed a complete industrial chain of "mechanical equipment - spinning, weaving, weaving, printing, dyeing and finishing".
