The two sides will build the Rongcheng fashion industrial park of Beijing Institute Of Fashion Technology as an international fashion and smart park with design, R & D, intelligent production, Internet marketing, standard testing, fashion education, exhibition and distribution, data collaboration, industrial training, high-end customization and high level trading.

The director of the reform and Development Bureau of the Xiong New District Management Committee said that the two sides would rely on the construction of the demonstration park to promote the all-round cooperation between the two sides in the fields of industrial ecological construction, upgrading of traditional industries, personnel training, decision-making consultation and cultural exchanges, so as to create an open cooperation platform for Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei based on the Xiong Anxin district and help build the fashion Xiong an, highlighting the city's characteristics and innovation. Introducing high-quality resources, accelerating the ecological layout of the fashion industry chain in Xiong an New District, developing the fashion industry at a high level, carrying out the digitalization of the traditional garment industry, upgrading the engineering and brand building projects, and promoting the ecological layout of the industry.
