After more than 10 years of technical research, Sheng Hong tackled the technical barriers to microfiber, refreshed the world record of its products, and the differential rate of fiber products reached 85%.


At the same time, Sheng Hong has developed the world's most comprehensive industrial chain of biomass synthetic polymer fiber, and products and technology compete with the international giants, successfully breaking the long-standing monopoly of multinational companies.


It is estimated that by 2021, after the completion of the Sheng Hong refining and chemical integration project, it will achieve an annual output value of about 120 billion yuan and a profit tax exceeding 20 billion yuan, and push the group to form a comprehensive petrochemical industrial chain with the high-end textile industry chain of "crude oil refining to polyester chemical fiber" and "crude oil / methanol to high-end chemical new materials".

Innovative development and subversion of traditional textile industry


In many people's view, the textile industry is a traditional industry. But in Sheng Hong, this idea was subverted.


Dial the time pointer back to 2005. At that time, the technical limit of global industrial spinning was 0.3dpf, that is, the weight of 10 thousand meter long silk was 0.3 grams.


To seize the commanding heights of the industry, Sheng Hong invested huge sums of money in the establishment of R & D centers in Europe, and jointly with local industry elites and experts from Tsinghua University, Donghua University and other experts to tackle technical problems.


At that time, miu Han was under tremendous pressure. Once it fails, the $700 million invested in R & D and equipment will be wasted. But Morgan kept on fighting. Sheng Hong printing and dyeing has passed the certification of ISO14000 environmental management system and ISO9000 quality management system certification. It has become the first enterprise in China's printing and dyeing industry to pass the certification of "company / product carbon footprint". Sheng Hong chemical fiber through the national green factory, GRS global recycling cycle certification. The Honggang Petrochemical Company of the group was selected to the third batch of green manufacturing list announced by the Ministry of industry and the list of green plants in the petroleum and chemical industry in 2018.
