In August 28, 2019, the total quality management promotion and the 40th anniversary commemorative conference of the China Quality Association was held at the Beijing International Conference Center. The theme of the conference was "total quality management assisting high quality development". We summarized the experience of total quality management, exchanged quality theory, methods and best practices, and explored the way of quality management and quality management with Chinese characteristics.
