Lu Tai Textile Three Won The National Quality Award.
In August 28th, the total quality management promotion and the 40th anniversary commemoration conference of the China Quality Association was held at the Beijing International Conference Center. Liu Zibin, Secretary of the Party committee, chairman and general manager of Lu Tai textile, was awarded the outstanding quality person of China. Lu Tai textile has once again won the national quality award stage.

In 2013, Lu Tai textile was awarded the Thirteenth National Quality Award. It became the first enterprise in the cotton textile industry to win the national quality award. In 2015, Liu Shizhen, Secretary of the Party committee of Lu Tai textile company, was awarded the national quality award personal Award (outstanding Chinese quality person). Liu Zibin won the National Quality Award in three. In addition, Lu Tai textile was awarded the third China Industrial award in 2014, and won the first prize of the national science and Technology Progress Award in 2015.
In recent years, Lu Tai has steadily and steadily promoted the strategy of "improving quality and increasing efficiency" and "comprehensive internationalization" in its development, practicing hard work, digging deep potentials, and paying attention to the quality and efficiency of development. Through the implementation of the innovation driven development strategy, the quality enterprise strategy and the brand strong enterprise strategy, the quality management mode with quality, innovation and brand as the core has been built, and has gone out of a road of high quality development.
In order to continuously enhance the quality and brand management level of the company and promote the management of the company to integrate with the international market, Lu Tai took the lead in the national textile industry in 1995 to pass the ISO9000 quality management system certification. After that, it passed the certification of more than ten management systems such as ISO14000 environmental management system, OHSAS18000 occupational health and safety management system and SA8000 social responsibility management system, so as to realize the internationalization, standardization and standardization of management. Through continuous learning and introduction of the international standardization management system, we have gradually established the concept of building a "big quality" system, and through systematic integration and effective implementation, the company's comprehensive management level has been continuously improved.
In 2007, Lu Tai introduced the "excellent performance management mode", systematic planning and full staff participation. In the process of combing, optimizing and improving the production and operation system, a large number of advanced tools and methods were introduced, so that the management level of enterprises was greatly improved. In the process of further promoting the performance excellence, Lu Tai, through benchmarking analysis and combining with the company's actual situation, decided to take the Toyota Corporation's TPS (TOYOTA production mode) as the benchmark and focus on building LTPS (Lutai production mode). In the process of building and promoting, Lu Tai put it as a business concept into the daily production and operation management of enterprises, and continued application and improvement, laying the foundation for the sustained, healthy and stable development of enterprises.
