Rui Xing's Small Deer Tea Will Operate Independently To Attack The Sunken City.

On September 3rd, today, Rui Xing coffee held a media conference to announce the independent operation of its "branded tea", while launching the new partnership model of retail operation pioneered by the industry to recruit partners for the whole country.

Liu Jian, chief operating officer of Rui Xing coffee, said that the fawn tea products were welcomed by consumers since its launch in April this year, and sales far exceeded expectations. In order to better develop the tea market, it is now decided to split the fawn tea brand independently and set up a small deer tea store in the whole country. The company will continue to maintain the high growth of coffee business, and take the new tea as another important starting point to further expand the breadth and depth of the market.

According to Liu Jian, the tea store and Rui Xing coffee store will complement each other. On the product, the fawn tea store will also sell the whole series of master coffee products of Rui Xing coffee, but it will be more abundant in tea products. Meanwhile, Rui Xing coffee stores will continue to sell some classic fawn tea products. In the consumption scenario, the small deer tea shops will focus on leisure scenes, and Rui Xing coffee shops will focus on office scenes; in the urban distribution, the deer tea will focus on 234 line cities, and Rui Xing coffee will focus on a second tier city.

In the media communication conference, Liu Jian also announced that in order to cooperate with the development of the fawn tea store, Rui Xing coffee will launch a new new retail partnership mode. Unlike the traditional franchise mode, the new retail partnership mode of the deer tea has six characteristics: Zero franchise fee, shared risk, super brand, rich product, global traffic support and digital operation.

Liu Jian pointed out that with the independent operation of the deer tea brand and the implementation of the new model, Rui Xing coffee will cover more cities.

According to media reports, as of the end of June 2019, Rui Xing coffee has 2963 stores in 40 cities nationwide. By the end of 2019, the company plans to build more than 4500 stores and become a bigger coffee chain brand in China.
