But in Guangdong, the large textile enterprise with more than 20 thousand employees is running a "warm current" in the "winter of employment": not only the staff turnover rate is far below the average level of the industry, but also the number of employees returning more and more, and the number of employees who have been employed for more than 10 years increase year by year.

7 years ago, 22 year old Fang Rui graduated from Wuhan Textile University and went to Guangdong to work in Yida. 5 years later, he suddenly decided to quit job and go to see the outside world. After the "turn to the outside", Fang Rui thinks, "it's still good enough to pay timely, and there is a lot of room for staff to learn and improve." Last year, Fang Rui returned to Guangdong Yida, now is the quality assurance director of accessories packaging plant.
Liu Ximei, 32, resigned to work in the supermarket in 2006 because he was not used to the three shifts in Guangdong. After that, he continued to job hopping and returned to Guangdong in 2014. "Because it gives me a sense of stability." Over the past 5 years, the "Zhang Xiong Yan" and "Chen Jianfeng" of Guangdong have independently developed 41 kinds of automation equipment, increasing the automation rate of weaving and knitting to 77% and 39% respectively. Huang Kunyu said, "Yida is no longer a labor-intensive factory in the traditional sense, but a high-tech textile enterprise."
At present, Sino US economic and trade frictions have had a certain impact on Guangdong. However, reporters learned that although foreign orders declined, Guangdong's production and operation were still steady: in 2017, the output value reached 1 billion 300 million US dollars; in 2018, the output value reached US $1 billion 360 million.
