Eight. Participation procedures
1. exhibitors please fill in the "application form" and add the official seal to the exhibitors. Please send them to the organization.
2. the exhibitors will transfer the fee of [50% (Ding Jin) or the total amount of the exhibition fee to the organization unit within three working days of applying for the booth.
Please pay the balance before April 1, 2020. If the deposit or balance is not paid according to the requirements, the organizer will not reserve the booths it booked.
3. the principle of sequential allocation of booth: "apply first, pay first, arrange first".
4. the organizer will send the exhibitor manual to the exhibitors one month before the start of the exhibition, and guide the exhibitors to prepare for the exhibition.
5. the organizer reserves the right to eventually adjust the location of the booth according to the overall needs of the general assembly.
