Nowadays, artificial intelligence technology has begun to expand on the edge side. The huge amount of data needs to be analyzed quickly and effectively. This greatly enhances the demand for edge computing, and the importance of edge computing has become increasingly prominent.

The emergence of 5G technology also brings new opportunities for the development of the textile industry. Li Wenyao, an associate professor of Wuhan post and Telecommunications Research Institute, said that the key to the complete 5G intelligent textile is to establish the overall concept of 5G intelligent textile end to end, and build a wider, closer, smarter and safer "smart textile" through interconnection of all things in the textile industry. 5G combines with technology such as Internet of things and artificial intelligence. "5 G + IOT + AI" will produce a series of "chemical reactions", bringing new kinetic energy to innovation and upgrading of manufacturing services in textile industry. In the field of textile manufacturing automation control, logistics tracking, industrial AR, cloud robots and other intelligent manufacturing fields, 5G technology creates huge value in the areas of textile manufacturing, such as unmanned operation, industrial control, remote operation and maintenance, with the characteristics of ultra high speed, ultra low delay and super large connection.

According to statistics, last year, the share of distribution of express delivery to goods was mainly in new front-line cities, and the logistics products of home textile products and other textile products were mainly concentrated in southern China. This means that "cloud storage logistics" will effectively enhance efficiency.
