"Training Course For Management Officials Of Textile And Garment Industrial Parks In Developing Countries" Successfully Concluded In Beijing

"The management training course for textile and garment industry parks in developing countries in 2019" was successfully concluded in Beijing from September 9th to September 29th. 24 officials from 11 countries participated in the current seminar. The seminar is jointly sponsored by the International Business Research Institute of Ministry of Commerce and China Institute of foreign trade and economic statistics. Yao Weidong, Secretary General of China Institute of foreign trade and economic statistics, attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech. President Liu Yinan attended the ceremony and delivered a speech.

Based on the knowledge of textile and garment industrial park management and the focus of fieldwork, the purpose of this seminar is to let officials fully understand the system design, organization and implementation methods and management experience of China in the development of textile and clothing. We combine teaching, fieldwork and communication to achieve the effect of combining theory with practice.

The focus of this seminar is on field trips. In Beijing, experts focused on the development of China's textile and garment industrial parks, and inspected Beijing Institute Of Fashion Technology and China's cotton trading market. Officials went to Henan and Zhejiang provinces for 11 days of in-depth study and inspection. In Xinxiang, the results of the development of Xinxiang economic and Technological Development Zone were inspected, and the experience of local textile and garment development was shared. In Xinmi, we visited the village of Huang Gu Si, the ten most beautiful village in China. In Shaoxing, we visited the ancient town of an Chang on the spot and saw the antique water culture. In the hometown of Chinese ties, Shengzhou, visited the whole production process of silk necktie. In Keqiao, Shaoxing, he participated in the second global conference of textile merchants, and strengthened exchanges with international textile partners. In Yiwu, we visited the China's largest stocking manufacturer, the sore sock company, sharing the advanced technology and management experience of socks industry, and felt the prosperity of Yiwu's small commodity market.

During the course of the inspection and study, officials in every city were warmly received by the leaders of the relevant government departments and heads of the enterprises, and exchanged with the leaders of the inspection parks and enterprises. They had an in-depth understanding of the development status of China's textile and clothing and industrial parks, the social and economic situation of China, and the history and culture. We have established profound friendship with officials, laying the foundation for strengthening bilateral exchanges and cooperation.

The seminar was successfully completed and achieved the expected objectives of the study.
