Before the transaction, Merrill Lynch holdings held 745 million Dezhou health shares (including Beijing's Kai Shi fule asset management Limited by Share Ltd, which is actually funded by Merrill Lynch Holdings), and 9 of the private equity investment funds held by Kai Shi Fu Le, accounting for 33.25% of the total health share of Dezhou exhibition. After the shares were postponed, the total number of debit health shares held by Merrill Lynch holdings was 745 million shares, representing 33.24% of the total health share of Dezhou exhibition.
