A textile enterprise located in Lishui district was fined 118 thousand yuan for being found to have environmental violations of excessive discharge of industrial waste water.
According to the Nanjing Municipal Environmental Protection Bureau's announcement of the administrative penalty punishment No. 2019, No. 103, the punishment company was named Nanjing Meng Li Textile Co., Ltd., the illegal fact is: in May 7, 2019, when the local ecological environmental law enforcement officers conducted a field inspection of the company, it found that the wastewater produced by the company was totally discharged with water, and the wastewater was treated by the septic tank three level sedimentation and the oil filter pool pretreatment, and then connected to the Hong blue sewage treatment plant. The monitoring of water samples from the total outlet of the wastewater showed that the total ammonia nitrogen output was 118 mg / liter, total phosphorus was 8.08 mg / liter, and the emission concentration was much higher than the prescribed 35 mg / L and 3 mg / liter standard, which constituted the fact of environmental violation.
The Nanjing Ecological Environment Bureau believes that the behavior of Nanjing Meng Li Textile Co., Ltd. is in violation of the provisions of the forty-fifth and third sections of the "People's Republic of China Water Pollution Prevention Act", "the discharge of industrial waste water to the centralized sewage treatment facilities, shall be subject to the provisions of the relevant provisions of the state, and can be discharged after meeting the requirements of centralized processing facilities." according to the law, the company has ordered the company to immediately correct environmental violations, and impose a fine of RMB 10000 yuan (118000 yuan) for the administrative penalty decision.
