This year, in addition to running the electricity supplier logistics, Japanese clothing retailers UNIQLO also joined the rush to take advantage of the advantage of the physical layout of the store, so that some of the store staff for the delivery of goods services. Last year, "double 11" UNIQLO scored a good report card. Tmall flagship store opened 35 seconds later, the transaction volume was 100 million. However, some customers complained about the late shipment of Tmall flagship store in UNIQLO. This year, "double 11" UNIQLO has stepped up the urgent delivery service, and has made efforts in the service experience of the stores. It is understood that at present, stores only send UNIQLO APP and UNIQLO Mini programs.
In addition to the store experience, this year's "double 11" UNIQLO has launched hundreds of autumn and winter new products, the highest straight down 200 yuan, as well as the upper palm flagship store 220 yuan Carnival coupons and other activities, more than last year "shop shop with the same price discount 39 yuan" and so on.
According to the report of the 2019 fiscal year ended August 31st, the profit of UNIQLO in the Greater China region increased by 21% to 89 billion yen. In the 2022 fiscal year, sales in the Greater China market are expected to exceed 1 trillion yen.
