In his speech, Yu Wu put forward three suggestions for the future work of China Textile Industry Association: first, implement the spirit of the nineteen major reports. He hoped that under the leadership of the new Council, the China Textile Industry Association will continue to explore and innovate, fully understand the historical mission entrusted to entrepreneurs by the new era, continue to promote the transformation and upgrading of textile enterprises, and continue to make new contributions to the promotion of the high quality development of the textile industry and even the development of China's high quality economy.

At the meeting, Xia Lingmin, President of the ninth Council, took the theme of "accelerating the management innovation and promoting the high quality development of China's textile industry" as the theme, and made the ninth Council's work report. It briefly introduced the development of China's textile industry and the impact and Countermeasures of Sino US trade friction. At the same time, a comprehensive review of the industry development and the main points of the work of the ninth Council during its five years' tenure is made, and suggestions for the next association work are put forward based on the innovation of enterprise management in the new era.

He pointed out that the pillar position of textile industry in the national economy has never changed. China's textile industry has set up a new orientation and new label for technology, fashion and green industries, and has reached the standard of textile power in some indicators. In the past five years, under the guidance of relevant state departments and under the leadership of the Council, the association has played a comprehensive advantage of three in one with the support of member units and colleagues from all walks of life, and has done a lot of work in promoting management innovation, promoting entrepreneurship, improving service levels, and building bridges and ties.

For the Sino US trade friction, he made three suggestions: first, pay attention to the domestic market and make the domestic market well. Second, exports should be diversified. Third, we should pay close attention to overseas layout, and many other regions such as Africa and Southeast Asia welcome Chinese enterprises to invest. In many regions of South America, Chinese enterprises are very welcome to invest. Meanwhile, we must pay attention to investment risk control.

Turning to management innovation, one of the main tasks of the business management association, Xia pointed out that digital management has penetrated into all aspects of production, R & D, marketing, warehousing and logistics. It is particularly important for enterprises to speed up digitalization, networking and intellectualization. He hoped that all members and key enterprises of China Textile Industry Association will continue to take the lead in management innovation, digitalization, networking and intellectualization. At present, more than 50% of enterprises have entered the stage of integrated application in the integration of two technologies, but they are not enough. They need more efforts in digitalization.

At the same time, he reminded the vast number of enterprises: the process of digitalization and intellectualization should pay attention to actual effect, especially in the process of intelligent manufacturing promotion, we must proceed from the actual situation, proceed from the effect of practical application, proceed from the angle of enhancing efficiency and improving efficiency, carry out intelligent transformation and improve the level of digitalization, and can not be intellectualized and intellectualized.

He combed the work of the ninth Council of China Textile Industry Association from five aspects, including investigation and research, regional cooperation, industrial poverty alleviation, precise service and self construction.
