Quality Standard: The Amount Of Cashmere Is About To Be Laid Off. GB/T 14272 "Down Garment" Preview Conference Will Be Held In Changshu.

In November 1, 2019, the national garment Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC 219/SC1) organized the preview conference of GB/T 14272 "down garments" in Changshou City, Jiangsu.

Yang Jinchun, executive vice president of the China clothing association, chairman of the national garment Standardization Technical Committee, Shanghai, vice president of the Textile Science Research Institute of the city, Zhang Deliang, Secretary General of the national garment Standardization Technical Committee, Yao Xiaoman, chairman of China feather and down industry association, chairman of Bosideng group company, Gao Dekang, vice chairman of the national garment Standardization Technical Committee, down garment branch, China Garment Association Deputy Secretary General and director of the Ministry of science and technology, Du Yanbing, Deputy Secretary General of the national garment Standardization Technical Committee, and more than 30 members and experts from down garment and raw material production enterprises, trade associations and testing institutions attended the meeting. This pretrial will be supported by the Boston Group, which is the Secretariat of down garment branch of the national garment Standardization Technical Committee. The standard pretrial will be chaired by Cao Zonghua, Secretary General of the national garment Standardization Technical Committee.

First of all, Gao Dekang, chairman of Bosideng group and deputy director of the national garment Standardization Technical Committee down garment branch, delivered a speech at the conference, and briefly introduced the work of Bosideng group as the Secretariat of the sub standard committee, and indicated that it would meet the needs of consumers for high quality down clothing products in the future in accordance with the standards of the times.

Subsequently, Yang Jinchun, executive vice president of the China clothing association and chairman of the national garment Standardization Technical Committee, introduced the overall situation of the implementation of the current "down garment" standard, and hoped that experts from the conference would, on the basis of objective data, seek truth from facts and fully express their opinions and suggestions from the perspective of long-term development of down garment industry, so as to better improve the standard of down garments and create conditions for the sustainable and healthy development of the down garment industry.

The standard pretrial will be introduced in detail by the drafting group of the Shanghai Textile Group inspection standard Co., Ltd. and the national garment Standardization Technical Committee Secretariat Zhou Liang Xi.

The revision of the "down garment" standard is based on the principle of "advanced technology and national conditions", taking full account of the actual wear experience of consumers, reasonably absorbing the contents of international relevant standards, and carrying out a large number of scientific tests and verification.

A) the feather and down category is marked only with duck and goose, not ash and white.

B) modify the "cashmere content" in the original standard to "velvet content".

C) increased the requirements for appearance quality after washing.

D) the test method of bulking degree is changed to steam reduction method.

F) the method of checking and evaluating the anti drilling property is revised to the garment transfer box method.

Among them, the "cashmere content" modified to "velvet content" and the new test method of clothing anti drilling and cashmere are the focus of attention of this revision. The content of cashmere and cashmere is an important index for evaluating the quality of down. In order to conform to the international market trend, the "cashmere content" is revised to "velvet content". At the same time, the method of checking and evaluating the anti fleece properties is modified from the original standard fabric velvet friction method to the garment turn box method. The overall evaluation of the finished product's anti drilling properties is more suitable for the actual wear and wear of clothing, and avoids the problem of sampling difficulty due to the complex and diverse styles of clothing. This method is a major breakthrough in the current domestic and international testing methods of down proof clothing, which will effectively solve the difficulties of enterprises and the pain of consumers' wearing experience.

At this meeting, the experts at the conference fully expressed their opinions, which provided technical support for further improving the standard content.
