Qiingdao University And Enterprises Strengthen Joint Efforts Of Industry University Research Cooperation To Boost Shandong Textile Industry To A Higher Level
The textile and Clothing Institute of Qiingdao University has established technical cooperation relations with many local governments and enterprises, forming a close docking of industry, University and research, forming a joint force of innovation, and effectively promoting the transformation and upgrading of Shandong's textile industry.
In the textile industry of Shandong Province, the Institute of textile and clothing of Qiingdao University is famous: they have established scientific and technological cooperation with more than 90% of the scale textile enterprises in Shandong. Over the years, they have solved nearly 1000 technological problems for enterprises and increased their economic benefits by tens of billions of dollars. Encouraging achievement transformation
Textile discipline is a typical engineering discipline. It must be close to the actual production line to do knowledge. Therefore, the idea of running a college has always been to encourage teachers and students to go deep into the production line of textile enterprises, and to cooperate with enterprises in production, teaching and research. Tian Mingwei, vice president of textile and Garment College of Qiingdao University, said.
In this regard, the college stipulates that the newly recruited teachers must form a "Gang to right" relationship with the enterprises, and practice the above six months to the front line of the enterprise as the basic threshold for the evaluation of professional titles. From 2016, they also set up summer term, using 4 weeks to let teachers lead students to the first line production practice.
Tian Mingwei told the Economic Daily reporters that in recent years, Qiingdao University has introduced measures to set up 3 professional titles evaluation paths, namely, teaching professors, research professors and industrial professors, so as to encourage university teachers to transform scientific and technological achievements into productive forces. These policies have better stimulated the enthusiasm and initiative of professors and enterprises.
"In recent years, we have established technical cooperation relationships with many local governments and enterprises from the school level, creating 20 joint research platforms and more than 50 cooperative bases. Tian Mingwei said that the platform effect of the government has made school enterprise cooperation more smoothly.
Cracking the "pain spot" of cooperation
"I feel the biggest pain point of school enterprise cooperation. On the one hand, enterprises do not know enough about technology, and on the other hand, they do not understand the needs of enterprises. And the long-term docking of industry, University and research can solve this "pain spot". Hu Sheng, a professor at the school of textile and clothing at Qiingdao University, told reporters that he had ties with more than 10 textile enterprises, which made the new technology he developed gradually transformed into a new kinetic energy of the enterprise. "Our R & D team has developed more than 20 kinds of new regenerated cellulose fiber fabrics, which are well received by enterprises. Every year, these new fabrics can add hundreds of millions of yuan to the company's income. "
"I feel that the biggest pain point of school enterprise cooperation is how different stakeholders cooperate to balance their respective interests." Zhang Guoqing, general manager of cheerful home textile company, said they took the lead in carrying out technical cooperation with Professor Fang Kuanjun of the textile and Garment College of Qiingdao University, and related suppliers and equipment manufacturers, and jointly completed the project of "high precision rotary screen printing and key technology development and industrialization of cleaner production". "After the completion of the technology project, we have independently developed a complete set of high-precision rotary screen printing and cleaner production, and won the two prize of national science and technology progress in 2015."
It is reported that the technology has more than 30 textile enterprises to participate in, the parties found their respective interests balance in the application, and also brought greater value. In the past 3 years, the total direct economic benefit has been achieved 3 billion 477 million yuan, and the indirect economic benefit has been about 10000000000 yuan.
Breakthrough core technology
After more than 10 years of arduous research and development, Professor Xia Yanzhi, Professor of the textile and Clothing Institute and Material Institute of Qiingdao University, has completed the 863 program key project "research and development of seaweed resources for fiber technology and equipment and industrialization project", breaking through the key technology and equipment problems of marine Bio based fiber industrialization, realizing the green, efficient, large-scale production and industrial application of alginate fiber, and making seaweed fiber preparation technology to achieve the leading international level.
Xia Yanzhi said that their own research and development of seaweed fiber has developed more than 20 fiber varieties, and applied in textile, clothing, biomedical and other fields. The achievement was awarded the first prize of technological invention in Shandong in 2016 and the first prize of science and technology progress of China Textile Industry Federation.
The breakthrough of "reactive dyes and salt free dyeing technology" has solved the common problem of the global textile industry. "In order to improve the utilization rate of dyes, salt becomes the largest amount of chemicals in the dyeing process of reactive dyes, and the cost is high. The high salinity wastewater seriously pollute the water and impede the green and sustainable development of the textile and dyeing industry." Fang Kuanjun told reporters that he led the team to cooperate with a number of enterprises to tackle the problem for nearly 10 years. On the basis of the innovation and development of complete sets of technology and equipment, the salt free dyeing production line of fabric, fiber and yarn was created, and the industrial application of reactive dyes without salt dyeing was first realized. The use of salt was eliminated completely, and the first-class product rate reached over 96%.
"The overall technology of this project has reached the international leading level." Fang Kuanjun said, "the technology has been applied in many enterprises, and has achieved direct economic benefits of 4 billion 810 million yuan and profit of 470 million yuan in the past 4 years. We will increase R & D efforts to achieve the 100% utilization of dyes as soon as possible, and there will be no color for wastewater discharge. "
