Guan Youping: the Wuhan Yu Dahua intelligent spinning project is the first domestic night unattended factory demonstration line jointly built by our company and Wuhan Yu Da Hua company. It has been identified by the State Ministry of industry and commerce as the new application mode of the whole process intelligent spinning.

The Wuhan Yu Dahua intelligent spinning project has adopted the 100 thousand spindles spinning and weaving equipment of Jingqing Intelligent Company blowing carding unit, combing parallel connection (precision parallel), and rough linking, thickness and fine connection, thin winding connection, winding packaging and warehousing, etc. These are the latest products of Jingwei Intelligent Company's automation and intelligence. The machine is JWF1618-420 digital intelligent semi-automatic high speed rotor spinning machine; JWF1572JM-1200 new generation platform intelligent spinning frame is equipped with four rollers compact spinning, single spindle detection system and remote operation and maintenance system, online quality control, alarm technology, roving stop feeding device, and an intelligent spinning transmission system, which is built from scratch, parallel to coil, combed end and roving, is constructed. Innovative and implementation of the whole process intelligent return receipt and payment system for the whole process, intelligent sorting and payment of all parts and parts of the intelligent spinning workshop is realized. The intelligent spinning control system of domestic whole process is developed, and the 100% domestic intelligent spinning workshop of the whole process is built for the first time. Among them, JWF1286 automatic homemade combing is used in innovation.

The project passed the appraisal of China Textile Industry Federation in June 26, 2019. Since the commissioning of the project, the quality of spinning has reached 5% of the 2013 communique of Ulster, and the employment of 10000 spindles will be reduced to less than 15, setting up a new benchmark for the industry.
