It is understood that the notice requires all localities to thoroughly implement the "e-commerce law", adhere to the problem oriented approach, focus on remediation platform lax, do not carry out basic obligations, platform governance obligations and assist regulatory obligations and other issues, effectively curb the sale of fake and shoddy goods and other acts, protect consumers' legitimate rights and interests, and maintain fair competition in the market order.

The main targets of this special action are comprehensive platform for e-commerce activities, commodity trading platform, second-hand car trading platform, network ordering platform and social business platform. There are also platform websites, App, etc. that are prone to infringe on consumer rights and interests.

The General Administration of market supervision has always attached great importance to the healthy and standardized development of the electricity supplier industry.
