Binzhou Post Office Pilot Launched The "Express Express" APP Sent To Improve Efficiency 20%
On November 20th, the post office of Binzhou, Shandong, launched the "express express" APP in the pilot of the joint telecommunications company recently. It was first tried out by more than 200 couriers in 4 courier companies in Boxing county. According to statistics, during the double 11 period, the courier using express express APP saves about 1 hours per day and improves the sending efficiency by about 20%.
It is reported that "express express" APP cluster sends text messages, group calls, voice calls, smart phone calls, record keeping and other functions of the call records. The courier can call multiple customers at one time. Customers can choose "downstairs", "direct cloud cabinet or front desk" or "message" option through voice prompts. The courier can classify the express mail according to the needs of customers, and all group calls have call records to be checked, so that each customer needs can be viewed at any time.
The "express express" APP solves the problem of calling customers' calls one by one while delivering the courier. It improves the delivery efficiency while effectively ensuring the quality of service and is approved by the trial couriers.
In early September of this year, Hermes (Hermes) British company also launched a new mobile phone App. Through APP, users can not only track the delivery status of packages, but also adjust the delivery routes and delivery addresses in real time.
