The First High-Speed Spinning Air Spinning Machine Made In Tianjin

A handwritten material says that as early as the late 60s of last century, the new technology of spinning was developed in Tianjin, and the pilot room was built in 1975. In 1976, the air spinning development group was set up in Tianjin. The development group was based on the four cotton spinning plant and the Tianjin textile machinery factory as the main coordinating unit. The Tianjin Textile Institute of technology also participated in the research and design of the second generation of the new international air spinning machine with international standards. The middle pause for several years, re examined in 1981 at the request of the Ministry of national textiles, and finally put into operation in September 1986.

Ge Chuanbing, assistant general manager in charge of scientific and technological work in Textile Group, told reporters that in order to realize the localization of the rotor spinning machine and design and manufacture a new spinning machine with Chinese characteristics and suitable for China's national conditions, we need to carry out research and experiments in terms of machine height, roll size, spinning speed, impurity distribution and dropping. At that time, the development team overcame many difficulties and made use of the imported prototype of the hand, after repeated tests, failed repeatedly, and finally succeeded. In July 1988, the first high-speed spinning air spinning machine made in Tianjin was awarded the national patent and was included in the national torch plan.
